Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Collins

Great room, lovely king size bed and separate living room.

We booked here because we knew they had done renovations, even though it's expensive for a simple hotel. But, they gave us an unremodeled room. Old, frayed, and in the middle of the night and internal door stuck closed and we couldn't get back in the bedroom. It was clear the staff knew about it. When we gave a negative review they said sorry. Bad business that doesn't care about customer experience.
